Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

180 g butter, softened
75g caster sugar
125mL condensed milk
225g self raising flour
200g dark chocolate chips
150g white chocolate chips

Method

Preheat oven to 170°C

Grease and line 4 oven trays.  

Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until pale and creamy. Beat in condensed milk, stir in flour and finally add chocolate chips.

Roll mixture into 25g balls and place on prepared trays and press gently with a fork. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.

Cool biscuits on trays 10 minutes or until firm, transfer to wire rack to cool completely and store in an airtight container.

Makes around 40 small or 20 large cookies.
