Dear Ryan,

We are back from our honey moon, back at work, back into our routine but we are still talking about our wedding meal. Our friends too, and we wanted to write you a note to thank you very much for the great meal you delivered.

It was all there, delicious, stress free, complete with the tidying up and cleaning afterwards. Looking back, you did give us outstanding service and we all thought the whole event was remarkable. We are talking about getting you back here (or at one of our friend’s house) one day.

I have recommended you around as I really believe you do a great job right from the beginning, making suggesting, shopping and organising, coordinating. We wanted to thank your staff too, including Nathaneal and Ebony. You are very good at your job Ryan, that’s great for you, and great for us!

I just wanted to let you know how delighted we were with your food on Saturday night. We were constantly receiving glowing comments throughout the night on both the quality and quantity of the food. We had quite a few discerning ‘foodies’ amongst our guests, as well as a couple of chefs, all of whom were just as complimentary so I figure that to be pretty high praise!

Yvonne and Ashlie were absolutely fantastic – they worked really hard and delivered superbly presented platters. We found them to be just so accommodating, professional and genuinely nice. Please accept our heartfelt thanks for helping in making the night a huge success and very memorable.

Your steak was the best I have ever had!!! The crème brulee was so delicious, I could have eaten two! I’m going to attempt to replicate it.

Ryan John, It has to be said that without exception everyone commented on the fabulous flavours and the presentation of your food! I think the Tuna Coated in Black Sesame Seeds did it for me!  We were particularly impressed with the service from Christine, she was friendly, outgoing and went out of her way to please our guests.  Clearly she loves what she does and it shows!
