Terms and Conditions
Enquiry: Upon receiving this gift from Webb and Brown Neaves, all enquiries and bookings are to be directed to Ryan John Private Chef. Bookings are advised a minimum of six weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. Weekend bookings book out up to 6 months in advance. Please be aware that bookings are issued on a first served basis. Every welcome letter issued by WBN has a 12 month expiry date from the date of handover. If weekend dates requested at the time of booking are unavailable, a weekday may have to be booked to redeem the welcome gift. RJPC is available for lunch bookings seven days a week and available for dinner bookings from Sunday to Friday.
Confirmed: Catering is confirmed when written confirmation has been sent to the client and the clients catering can proceed as confirmed. Please be advised once confirmation has been made all parties are bound by our cancellation policy.
Booking Cancellations: If the event is cancelled, the following conditions will apply:
In the event of a cancellation made within 7 days of the dinner party, the client forfeits the welcome package due to the costs associated with RJPC.
RJPC reserves the right to cancel bookings at any given time due to unforseen circumstances. In the unlikely event this occurs RJPC will credit the clients booking in full. All efforts will be made to ensure a suitable date is rescheduled at the earliest possible convenience.
Change of Date/Postponement: We understand that clients may need to change the date of their Dinner Party. RJPC will attempt to accommodate any changes of date where space is available. Please be aware that all dinner parties being postponed are subject to new conditions. RJPC will be flexible as much as possible to accommodate changes and request within reason.
Additional Guests and Upgrades: All WBN dinner parties are for 6 guests. All WBN clients will be allowed the option to upgrade the dinner party to include additional guests or services at their own cost. Any additional fees incurred by these upgrades are at the discretion of RJPC.
Menu Conditions: All WBN clients are required to select choices from the menu supplied, please note that all guests are required to have the same three courses, and these choices are to be indicated at time of booking with RJPC. This condition is only negotiable in the event of an uncommon dietary or religious consideration relating to the menu. All menu changes are upon the discretion of RJPC. The produce within the menu is generally available at all times of the year, however should an item be unavailable, temporary menu changes may apply.
Dinner Party Conditions: RJPC agrees to supply the plates required for the dinner party. The chef catering the dinner party will serve and clear the food. The client will be responsible for setting the table and all service of beverages. RJPC is not responsible for any alcohol served on the premises. The chef will clean the kitchen before departure to the same level in which they found it upon arrival.
